SMOKED & CURED

Fresh pork sausage is made weekly using our amazing recipes. Our team mixes all seasonings and spices by hand into freshly ground pork then hand twists each flavor into links. They also make patties and casing-less options for breakfast. There are more than fifteen flavors to choose from. Hickory Smoked Bacon and Ham are part of our weekly production. We also make Smoked Sausage, Ham Hocks, Hot Dogs, Deli Ham, Roast Beef, Jerky, Guanciale (smoked jowl), Rashers and Peameal bacon. All of these delicious items are made in house.
