Our Grass-fed beef fat, derived from cattle raised solely on grass and other foraged foods, often contains a higher proportion of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) compared to grain-fed beef fat. The fat has a yellowish appearance due to the elevated carotenoid content (precursor to Vitamin A). Beef fat, can be used for cooking, rendering into tallow, and even in non-food applications like soap-making and candle-making.
